The Schlaubevalley, conveniently located just one hour south of the city of Berlin by car, has been the prime destination for lovers of uncompromised nature since more than 100 years. As a visitor you will be exposed to a breathtaking, ever changing landscape in a healthy and natural environment.
The Schlaubevalley consists of appr. 88 square miles and is the natural habitat for the famous Kingfisher, the Crane, the Heron as well as more than 140 other bird species.
Our grass coated camping site and our weekend lodges are located right next to the lake Schervenzsee. The site is well covered by majestic pines and all set to offer more than just a pure romantic athmosphere. The incredible purity of the lake water labels the schervenzsee as "the pearl of the natural park Schlaubevalley" and is a paradise for fishing enthusiasts, mermaids and rowing boat captains.Our 88 slots are partially plotted and you have a choice between a more sunny or semi shadowy plot. Cars are welcomed to be parked right next to the chosen plot. Our Camping site and weekend lodge site is fully equipped with a latest state of the art sanitary faciltiy including a separate mother/child bathroom as well as a barrier freebath and kitchen. Children and teenagers are welcome to enjoy more than 20 different kinds of playing tools within the forest.
Our camping site is the ideal basecamp for a great hike into the forest, around the lake and/or through the valley, Start or an exciting "mushroom safari (seasonal)! or visit a unique "rockvalley" and a monastery nearby. Day trips to Berlin, the state of Poland and to the famous "Spreewald" are highly recommended! The camping site remains in season from April 15 until October 15.
